The Paradise Hills Foundation (PHF) is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It shall be operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The purpose of the PHF is for the beautification of the Paradise Hills and the enhancement of the quality of life for community members.
